How it Works
ICF’s premade forms fit together as large interlocking blocks. We use two EPS panels spaced apart by high strength polypropylene webs that form an insulated permanent shuttering into which concrete is poured. By using polypropylene instead of steel webs, we can further reduce thermal bridging and these webs maintain a core thickness between the EPS panels of either 150mm or 200mm. You

A FOCUS ON SIMPLICITY
With a focus on simplifying the installation process, we supply four main products in two wall thickness sizes, our standard 300mm, and 350mm for concrete floor bearing floors multi-storey/apartments. Fully reversible blocks ensure there are no left, right, top, or bottom limitations, which allows you reduce waste, and volume of work, while also simplifying ordering. Our products are very adaptable on-site and can be easily cut to size before being filled with concrete.
